Affordable Bridesmaid Proposal Gifts

Asking your closest girlfriends to be your bridemaids is such a special moment, and has become a big deal over the past few years. I really wanted to create something special for my girls, and yet keep it affordable so here I will be sharing what I gifted in their proposal boxes! So here I’ll show you how to put together a cute, thoughtful and personalized bridesmaid proposal gift without breaking the bank!

The best place to start your gifting search is Etsy. Seriously, they have so many unique and customizable pieces at any price range. I went with name decals for customized glasses, and this cute sticker to add to a miniature champagne bottle. The stickers were $1.99 each, and I found the stemless glasses in a 4-pack at Target for $9.99

The next item I selected was t-shirts in the color of my theme which say “bridesmaid” on them ( this is to be worn at the bachelorette party ) This way they already have their shirt, and it also keeps the glass safe in the box.

For an item they can wear anytime, I selected this adorable knot bracelet with their monogram on it. The box says “I couldn’t tie the knot without you” inside which is so adorable, and company offers the bracelets in the options of silver tone, rose gold, and gold tone metals for $8 each!

Now if you have someone in your party who does not drink, which I have, I selected an insulated travel tumbler for them instead of the stemless glass and champagne. This way they have something special with their name that they will use vs. something they will not – and it’s also a great option if you don’t want to gift alcohol.

And that’s everything! With packaging and name tags the boxes came to: $42 per box which is a great value for all of the items and personalization!

I presented these boxes to my bridesmaids at a brunch I invited them to at a beautiful local spot called Emmaline. It was the perfect way for everyone to get together for the first time and meet and I could make them feel so special and thank them for agreeing to be a part of my day!

I hope this helps you when brainstorming your proposal boxes and even tho it requires a bit of work, the personal touch and value totally makes it worth it!
