Sleeve detailing is everywhere right now. I just love how changing up a part of a shirt totally transforms it! Today I am spotlighting this mixed media top I purchased from Shein. It angled sleeve design really makes this piece special.
I purchased this piece through Amazon and received it within two days through Prime. So my only complaint with this piece is you have to iron it. The sleeves get really wrinkled because of the material it is comprised of. But once it is ironed it is great!
I have paired this piece with skinny jeans, faux suede mules, coordinating hat, and my favorite tonal tassel earrings.
This look is so fun and perfect for an daytime outing. The sleeves look amazing when they catch a breeze, and overall this look is just so bright and cheerful.
Okay guys, I’ve got to be honest here, I have never been a fan of wearing the color yellow. It just isn’t something that jumps out at me. Don’t get me wrong, as a color it is great! So sunny and cheery. But when it comes to apparel I am just not attracted to it… that is, until now!
Something has changed for me when it comes to yellow. I am really liking the shades of that have been popping up this season and how flattering they are with even the palest of skin tones!

I selected this dress in a size medium and was very pleased with the fit. The small would have also fit me, but in this particular style, I was looking for a more relaxed fit. So this top has become one of my total favorites! The lightweight chambray highlighted with embroidery and a tie front make this top perfect for this summers’ trends!
Here I have paired it with black high-waisted shorts and fringe ankle booties for the perfect look to explore the city!
Since things are already starting to heat up here in Houston, I decided a beautiful spring floral dress needed to make an appearance.
This spaghetti strap accordion pleat dress has a gorgeous blue background with a tonal orange floral print. I decided to make it a bit more casual and fun by pairing it with a denim vest, straw fedora, and espadrille wedges.
Seriously you cannot help but feel great in this fun dress! The design is perfect for a sunny day, and the chic midi length makes it ideal for almost any occasion. I purchased this dress in size M to get a more relaxed fit. The waist is elastic so it does have a beautiful silhouette I just prefer the top to not be tight. Going up a size provides a more carefree look, which is what I was aiming for.

Embroidery is definitely in this season, so any chance I can incorporate it into my wardrobe, I do! This lightweight gauze top from Stage offers just the right amount of detailing and is ideal for warm, breezy days. I love the sleeveless design, trimmed in a light ruffle, with a sweet peplum hem. The neutral shade makes it easy to pair with your favorite denim, and for me, a fun pair of wedges!
I really wanted to add a touch of elegance to this look so I decided to top it off with a pair of earrings from Niceties and Nuptials. These clip pack earrings are comfortable and so glamorous. With spring around the corner, I have really been feeling bright florals and blush tones! This lookbook contains 3 ensembles I have been sporting lately that include pink hues, faux suede, lace, florals and perfect layering pieces making this style ideal for transitioning seasons!
The first look is a fun floral print dress with a lace up accented neckline and swing silhouette. I have paired it with black quilted booties, a fun faux suede hat, and rose gold mirrored sunglasses. This look is perfect for a sunny day out and about!

Lastly this third look is just a simple mock neck lace dress paired with a tassel necklace and cork wedges. This fully lined lace overlay dress is so fun to wear! I have a feeling it will be making many appearances this upcoming season!
Just because it’s cold outside, doesn’t mean you have to be boring with your wardrobe! I am one of those people who will find a way to work in cheetah print no matter the season, and here is one of those times!
I must admit, this sweater is an oldie but a goodie. I purchased it from Express a few years ago and still find it to be one of my favorites this time of year. For this look, I decided to pair it with leggings, a knit pom beanie, and XOXO over-the-knee faux suede boots. To me, these boots totally make the outfit!
I wore this ensemble out for a day shopping, and was comfortable and stylish! The fun, fierce print of the sweater makes a statement, so I don’t feel as if I’m lost in this dreary weather!

This light grey chunky knit sweater dress is so fun and comfortable! I decided to style it casually with Olivia Miller fringe boots and a felt hat. 🙂 To finish the look, I added a black and metallic butterfly scarf from Express. This look was perfect for keeping me warm, and comfortable while running errands around town.
This next look was my absolute holiday favorite! The asymmetrical cropped pants add such a fun and interesting touch to a chic ensemble. Everyone wanted to know where these cool pants were from! For the top I kept it simple with a Boohoo turtleneck. The fitted design kept the look sleek and polished. I finished it off with Jessica Simpson patent heels and a green velvet envelope bag from Nordstrom.
And finally, the dress of all dresses! I am obsessed with this floral print number! Since I am 5’8″ I went ahead and opted for the Tall version, which ended up perfect! This dress offers just the right amount of style, trend, and sophistication. I have a feeling it will be making quite a few appearances once the weather warms up a bit! Here I have paired the dress with matte grey heels from Urban OG, and an Ivanka Trump metallic grey mini bag.
Overall I love my purchases from Boohoo and will definitely be shopping online with them again soon! The quality and style cannot be beat for the price, and the variety of merchandise is unbeatable!
