Look 1:
Since this was my very first Miami Swim Week to attend I was beyond excited to start the week of asap! Event one was at the SLS, a pool party and pop-up shopping experience. I met with the Oh Polly! brand, as checked out their line and sipped drinks by the pool in the comfiest pair of relaxed fit dress shorts with a high waist and belt along with a multi-pastel striped button-down I DIY styled with a tied twist, along with braided blue heels and matching scrunched bag.
Look 2:
In the evening I had two shows to attend, so I went girly and floral with a lace inset orange floral print beauty from Chicwish with braided white heeled sandals, and a matching white chain mini bag.
Look 3:
This was a long day filled with the most shows of the week for me so I wanted something I could wear everywhere and anywhere. The top is actually a lightweight sweater with organza sleeves from Chicwish that I tuck-cropped and a linen two-tone skirt. I added my beige beaded wedges and bamboo clutch to this look, along with a straw fedora and sunnies for a day-to-evening ready for anything Miami had in store!
Look 4:
This day consisted of two looks because the morning started with a poolside brunch at the Ritz Carlton so I wore a Boohoo scarf DIY top and pleated high waist shorts in beige from Chicwish with my beige beaded sandals and accessorized with a pearl-embellished headband, Valentino shoulder bag, and lots of gold including layering chains, and hoop earrings from Lulus.
Look 5:
My evening look was the boldest of the trip, as it was for the Boohoo runway show and afterparty, so I went with a simple dropped neckline silk camisole and cow print raw hem shorts, and finished the look with a rhinestone belt and stilettos, along with oversized sunnies.
Look 6:
I kept the last day sweet and simple with a linen romper, complete with 4 utility pockets and a belt to really cinch in the waist. Paired with my all-time favorite bamboo clutch, sunnies, and beaded wedges this look was not only comfortable but super chic in a beige monochromatic palette.
For travel, I went simple with a lightweight cotton short set and branded flat sandals. Can’t go wrong with a look like this especially if you have pre-check so no need for bare feet at the airport, lol.
We were able to go to the beach twice on our trip so I was quite happy I packed my suits! The first look is from Swimsuits For All which is my favorite swimsuit of all I own, it’s by far the most comfortable and fits in the legs the best. I paired it with the wrap I got at the Oh Polly! pop-up, my straw fedora, and braided sandals.
The other suit I brought was a hot pink belted one-piece from ASOS which is also very flattering, but if you have a long torso, as I do, it can get a bit cheeky. I paired it again with my new Oh Polly! wrap and was beach ready!
That’s all of my Miami Swim Week looks! Everything is linked and should still be available in most sizes, so be sure to check the link if you see anything you love! As y’all know, I’m all about great prices and these pieces are no exception to that rule! I’m so thankful to have had the opportunity to experience Miami Swim Week first hand and thank all of you for following along with me on the journey.
